بررسی توان آزمون( IgG, IgM ) ELISA تشخیص بروسلوز

سابقه و هدف: با توجه به شیوع و عوارض بروسلوز و تناقضهایی که در کارآیی روشهای تشخیصی این بیماری در دسترس میباشد، این مطالعه به منظور تعیین توان آزمون ( IgG, IgM ) ELISA در تشخیص بروسلوز در مراجعین به درمانگاههای تخصصی عفونی کاشان در سال 1383 صورت گرفت. مواد و روشها: این مطالعه با طراحی ارزش تشخیصی بر روی 31 بیمار مشکوک به بروسلوز انجام شد. آزمون الیزا و آزمون استاندارد آگلوتیناسیون با گرفتن 5 سیسی خون وریدی جهت جستجوی آنتیبادیهای ویژگی قبل و سه ماه بعد از درمان انجام شد. نتایج به صورت جداول توزیع فراوانی و محاسبهی ارزش تشخیصی گزارش گردید. نتایج: حساسیت آزمون الیزا ( IgG, IgM ) ELISA 100 درصد و ویژگی این دو آزمون به ترتیب 3/63 درصد و 7/72 درصد بود. همچنین ارزش پیشگوییکنندهی مثبت هر دو آزمون 100 درصد و ارزش پیشگوییکنندهی منفی آنها به ترتیب 3/83 درصد و 9/86 درصد بود. نتیجهگیری: آزمون الیزا حساسیت بسیار بالایی داشته و ویژگی آن هم پایین نیست و از الیزا میتوان به عنوان آزمون تشخیصی حساس استفاده نمود
